We work hard to display colours and details accurately, but the exact shade you see depends on your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel any order placed against an obvious error, with a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. Where an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — including text, photographs, and the Darkhill name and marks — belongs to Darkhill or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
