Refund policy
We want you to love how a Darkhill shirt fits. If it is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange it.
What qualifies
- The shirt is unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- It is returned in its original packaging.
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return or exchange
Email care@darkhill.in with your order number and whether you want a refund or a different size. We arrange a doorstep pickup wherever our courier partners operate. Where pickup is unavailable, we will share a self-ship address and reimburse reasonable courier charges.
Size exchanges
The first size exchange on any order is free. We ship the replacement as soon as the original shirt is picked up.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick quality check, we process the refund within 5-7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.
Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including all shipping charges, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
