Shipping policy

We ship across India from our facility, with tracking on every order.

Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders over ₹1,999.
  • A flat ₹99 applies to orders below ₹1,999.
  • Cash on Delivery is available across India.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 4-7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, regional restrictions, or courier delays outside our control.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available across repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping charges may apply.
